  Four alarm fire at the facility two days ago. I have been through voice mail hell, cut off many times after being on hold forever.
  When I reached a human being I was either transfered and cut off again or promised a call back.
  Very poor response, non actually to clients. I have no idea if I've lost everything or not. Company obviously touts its security, yet after fire has no clue how to handle customers, the web site is actually down although wasnt yesterday. The district manager, Liz Anne will not return calls, very frustrating and poor customer relations.
