  I am so disappointed with the caregiver nursing staff at th rehab center. The PT group is great and if there are no issues requiring nurse-caregiver care then I would recommend. My mother arrived for PT however she is incontinent so she requires continous assistance for tolieting. This was not done as a result she has had severe UTI infections and bedsores. This resulted in a sepsis infection requiring hospitalization. Her blood sugar was not monitored which went through the roof causing confusion and sleepyness. Had we not gotten her to the ER she may have gone into shock. She now has an issue swallowing solid food. The staff is not trained to recognize issues. They injured her twice during transfers. You will need to monitor your loved one daily but as we did but that will not prevent issues only allow you to deal with them.
