  I would put ZERO stars if I could. My husband tried to get a large iced coffee, and the "manager" yelled at him from across the store that he was using the wrong cup. He informed him that he knew it was a different cup but there were no more large cups left, so the manager continued to yell, causing a scene and embarrasing us for not taking the rinky dink small cup. He refused to just charge us extra for wanting a larger size, which we were willing yo do.The machine, we found out, DIDN'T EVEN HAVE COFFEE in it. So after all that, my husband left and I decided to leave. I was going to get a slurpee but I put it on the counter and said nevermind, I don't want it or your service. Here's what's crazy, the manager chased me outside waving the slurpee in my face and threw the slurpee in the bush right by our car!! Pretty sure he tried to throw it at our car but missed. I will never go back to that 7 eleven again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
