The flow, heat, and instructor care at Sumits Yoga has proven to be a wellness game changer for me. Don’t be intimidated by the idea of a hot room with perfect physiques in it. There are many shapes, sizes, and skill levels... and zero judgement. It’s simply good people with good juju sharing a beyond good experience.
