  Darlene did my cut and color it turned out excellent. The owners and team were so nice and accommodating. They treat you like family. I would recommend this Salon to everyone. Thank you The W Salon.

  Have you ever gotten a “bad” haircut or color because YOU asked for the wrong thing or didn’t articulate what YOU really wanted? Yeah, just happened to me. Fortunately, I have the most professional kind and talented hairdresser in SoCal, Fran Finelt. I went in Friday, asking to have my roots touched up, decided over the weekend, I didn’t like the color (the same color I’ve gotten every single time), I went back yesterday morning with the complaint that it was too dark, then after the correction, complained that it was too light. Fran never batted an eyelash, making me so incredibly comfortable and assuring me she would work with me to get it right. And so she did, after a third time, I’m delighted. Now, don’t get this wrong, the hair color looked great each time, it just wasn’t what I wanted, even though it was what I had asked for! If you want to work with a stylist who is professional, creative and actually listens and cares about helping you get the look you want, call Fran at the W Salon.
